Minimum age for tobacco consumption is 19 in 2019 in Singapore

The Health Ministry of Singapore has increased the minimum age of 18 to buy, keep, sell and use tobacco products from 1 January 2019 to 18. This step is part of the government plan to increase the minimum age for smoking, under which the minimum age will be 20 from 1 January 2020 and the minimum age will be 21 from 1 January 2021.
