Chuddies is the newest Indian word to be included in the Oxford Dictionary



The term ‘chuddies’ (underwear) has become the new Indian word in the ‘Oxford English Dictionary’. In the Indian vocabulary of the dictionary, the phrase ‘Kiss My Chuddis’ has been added to the British TV show ‘Goodness Gracious me’. It has been suggested in the dictionary that this word was first used in 1858 in Edinburgh Magazine of Blackwood.
