The Christmas holiday was announced on December 25 first. But now Monday December 24, Tuesday 25 December and on Wednesday, December 26, a three-day holiday has been announced. 

On the commencement of the House meeting, the Chairman said that members of various parties requested him to announce a holiday on Christmas from December 24 to 26. The president said, “Holidays on December 24 Monday

Due to Christmas, the Rajya Sabha will also be on leave for the 24th and the 26th of December.

Thus, members will receive a continuous five-day holiday from December 22 to December 26. After the Christmas holidays, the proceedings of the House will start on December 27.
