After the blast, people living near the plant reported this to the police. So far, 2 people have been reported to be injured. The reason for the explosion is unclear.

Some people living around the plant wrote Twitter that the blasts were so strong that their house was moving for some time. Fire flames were seen far and wide. The sound of the explosion suddenly arose from the bed and people started running there.
